Hey guys… this is just randomness I came up with tonight...
This is just a one shot story involving Kim JaeJoong (my
fave) and a fictional character.
This will be involving a genre of drama, love and pain
You (the OC) will be the one reading this story, so it is from your point of view.
Also, you will also come in here in the middle of the story, and when YOU are introduced, the narrator will come in and tell the story.
If you think this is just a simple ‘Love’ you are mistaken. The poster pretty much gives you a clue.
I don’t want to let everything out in the forewords so let’s get on with the chapter shall we?

First Chapter [The Meeting]

Heartbroken. That’s what he is, from the very first love of his life and might not get another one very soon. I bet your wondering who he is. He’s Kim JaeJoong, 23 years old… one of the richest CEO’s in the country, and it has been told that he’s been through a really painful romance.
Let’s go back 5 years…
At a young age of 19, Kim JaeJoong has already exerted the techniques of business from his father: the most respected bachelor in all of Asia, owning four 5 star hotels in Japan and China along with 5 big seller restaurants around Korea. So, from expectancy, JaeJoong has to live up to his father and be a great man. To tell you the truth…his father is a great man, not like those workaholics that neglect their families for money. He’d spend time with them, play with them and most of all, teach them the qualities of living for their future…which he has been taking care of with all his life. JaeJoong took every single lesson he’s told them into mind and kept them in his heart.
It was a Thursday, and one of JaeJoong’s missions was to visit the blind people’s home to become a sponsor for the charity. The chairman of the building toured JaeJoong around with the utmost respect, JaeJoong hated it…just because he’s the son of Kim Ji Hoo…they had to treat him like he is older than them. But he just ignored and carried on with his tour, and then suddenly something in the corner of his eyes held him to freeze in his spot. A girl staring outside the window with long wavy hair and was wearing a white flowy dress, she took a deep inhale of the wind as it blew through her smooth face. She was imagining something that she was outside swinging in the swings with someone pushing her from the back, the leaves brushing through her bare toes and her hair swaying in the cooling breeze.
Her face looked very innocent and pure, however, with a hint of sorrow. It was obvious that she wanted to be outside and see her surroundings, be a normal girl and fall in love. JaeJoong excused himself from the chairman and decided to talk to the girl. As he got closer, his chest pounded faster and faster.
“Hello.” He murmured gently with his husky voice. The girl was startled got a hold of her walking stick.
“I am sorry miss…I am not here to hurt you, I just want to know your name” JaeJoong carefully explained
“Who are you?” the girl asked with a sprinkle of fear in her voice. Never has she been talked to by any guy, unless it was the chairman.
“I am Kim JaeJoong, Nice to meet you” he replied her with confidence,
“I am Hye Ah Ra.” She replied sticking her hand out, unfortunately, it wasn’t where JaeJoong was. Despite this, JaeJoong gladly moved aside and shook her hand gracefully with a smile
“How old are you Ah Ra ssi?” he asked her again
“18” she said
“Well, I’m 19, so I am the Oppa… we can talk comfortably now right?” JaeJoong suggested and she nodded with a giggle in response
“Miss!” Ah Ra shouted as a woman in the uniform came around
“Can you take me to my room please?” she asked, when the nurse was about to help her JaeJoong suddenly offered
“I’ll take her” making Ah Ra and the nurse confused, but the nurse was in no position to oppose him and she just bowed and lead the way. JaeJoong held her by the waist and wrapped his fingers in her arm.
“Mr. Kim JaeJoong…” Ah Ra started but was cut of
“JaeJoong, Oppa or, Jae is okay for me, no need to be formal” JaeJoong interrupted her
“Uumm… O-Oppa” Ah Ra was taken back when she muttered the word ‘Oppa’ she has never called anyone that before.
“Yes?” he asked while walking
“Uumm… why are you doing this?” Ah Ra asked him
“Well, it’s because I want to help the prettiest lady here…is that bad?” he replied with a little smirk
“I-I’m pretty?” she asked smiling
“Of course… don’t you know?” he insisted
“No… I’ve lost my eyesight since I was 2, so I haven’t seen what I look like” Ah Ra answered bringing JaeJoong a twinge of guilt
“I’m sorry” he stated as they reached her room
“It’s ok. I’m used to it…”
“I could describe it for you…if you want” Jae offered really wanting to make Ah Ra smile
“Really? You could do that?” she asked
“Sure!” he replied and sat her on her bed and stared at her carefully, he wanted to be as accurate as possible. Blatantly she was beautiful, the closer and longer he stared at her…the more he has the urge to kiss her.
“Okay, you have big cute eyes, a pointy nose, smooth creamy face, pink curved lips and long eyelashes… are those good? I told you your pretty!”He enthusiastically said
“Thank you Oppa…” she replied with half a smile
“Why only half a smile? Can I have a full one?” he pleaded and Ah Ra smiled full for him, making his smile along with her. Ah Ra’s teeth were pearly white and perfectly constructed.
“Oppa, Can I touch you?” she asked and JaeJoong didn’t answer
“It’s because I can see the people in my head when I touch them… Can I touch your face?” she pleaded once more
“Sure” he stated grabbing her hands and planted them in his warm blushing face, soon after, her fingers traced his eyebrows, his closed eyes, his pointy nose, his smooth cheeks, his soft hair and his luscious pink plump lips, and this was all drawn out inside Ah Ra’s head and was smiling at his gorgeous appearance.
Ever since that meeting of JaeJoong and Ah Ra, JaeJoong visits the blind home more often than he’s suppose to and Ah Ra is the main reason. He wanted to be with her and take care of her, make her see how beautiful the world is through his eyes. Days become weeks and weeks become months. It has been 3 months since their first meeting and their connection is not just friendship wise. They were inseparable. JaeJoong knew in these few months that the person he truly loved for the very first time: Ah Ra
They knew everything about each other, likes, dislikes etc. JaeJoong has also taken her out to parks around near the building, for her to learn more about the people around her, the surroundings and give her the feeling of being free. He’d sing for her to help her go to sleep, he’d protect her from harm and he would basically do anything for her.
“Oppa… Saranghae” Ah Ra mumbled in her sleep dreaming about JaeJoong.
“Nado Saranghae Ah Ra…” JaeJoong whispered as he laid his body beside hers
“I wish I could see you… I really…want to …see you” she mumbled again
JaeJoong froze as he felt warm arms interlaced with his body, Ah Ra was hugging JaeJoong unconsciously. He rested her head over his strong arm and kissed her forehead.
“I’ll find a way…” he whispered again and dozed of next to her.
The next morning JaeJoong left early to make an appointment with the eye doctor then came back for Ah Ra before she woke up along with pancakes and fruits for her breakfast.
“Good Morning Ah Ra!” JaeJoong beamed while Ah Ra yawned and stretched her arms, while doing so, JaeJoong placed himself in the middle of her body and she ended up hugging him before she put her arms down.
“Good Morning Oppa!” Ah Ra beamed at his unexpected attack, but liked it…a lot.
“Hey! We should celebrate…” JaeJoong exclaimed while picking out grapes and carefully place then into Ah Ra’s mouth
“What date is it today?” Ah Ra asked out of the blue
“31st of May 2009…waeyo?” JaeJoong wondered
“Oh! Our birthdays not until January, yours is in the 26th and mine is on the 31st … what’s to celebrate?” She asked while chewing on a grape
“I know! The doctor said that you’re finally getting an eye donor! Isn’t that great?” JaeJoong explained happily with a hint of grief in his voice. And this was not left unnoticed by Ah Ra
“Oppa… is something wrong?” she asked which surprised JaeJoong…instead of being ecstatic, she was rather the opposite.
“Nothing my RaRa… why are you asking? Isn’t that good news?” JaeJoong asked
“I know you well Oppa… well enough that even though I can’t see you, I can still feel something is wrong” she explained, and that hit a spot in JaeJoong. ‘Crap! I’m too obvious’ he thought
“Nothing really RaRa! Come on…let’s celebrate!” JaeJoong tried to sound happier and it worked but it didn’t take off Ah Ra’s curiosity.
“No really…” she asked seriously
“It’s just that… when you can see, you might not need me anymore. You might turn me away” JaeJoong said. What he said was a white lie; he didn’t completely explain everything that was in his mind. To be honest… that was not the only reason that distressed him.
“Boh? You really think I’d turn you away?” she asked giggling at the ridiculous response from JaeJoong
“Oppa, ever since I met you…I gave you my heart. And it will stay there!” she exclaimed looking for JaeJoong face. He gladly placed her hands on his cheeks and she soothed them.
“Are you saying… that you love me?” JaeJoong’s husky seductive voice echoed through Ah Ra’s ears making her flush bright red. She nodded as ‘yes’ and he rejoiced.
“Really?!” JaeJoong asked
“I-I know… I mean, you can’t possibly love a blind gi—“Ah Ra was silenced by JaeJoong’s lips on hers. Her heart floated around her chest, mixing with the happy butterflies that were flying around her stomach. He pulled away and whispered
“I Love you too…my RaRa” and continued to kiss her again.
Ah Ra’s finger traced his face ever so gently; his features were, once again, drawn inside her head, his soft hair, his closed eyes, his pointy nose and his soft lips that were pressed onto hers. It was her first kiss and she was glad that JaeJoong took it. When they pulled away, JaeJoong’s forehead pressed on hers and they giggled.
“More of a reason to celebrate!” JaeJoong murmured
The rest of that day, they played and laughed… Until the doctor came by and told them about the surgery coming up soon for Ah Ra. She was not very happy and was in love
“I can finally see you Oppa!” she cried
“Yes, you can…I just hope you won’t be disappointed” he murmured hugging her by the waist
“Oppa, I will love you… whatever you are.” She exclaimed and JaeJoong kissed her again.

Second Chapter [Tired]

It was days after, Ah Ra has already gotten her eye surgery and will be able to see in just a few days time. And with those days, she has been waiting for her Oppa to come and visit her, to check on how it went and when they would take the cover of her eyes off and let the lightness in her life again. But he hasn’t come.
*squeak* “Oppa? Is that you?” Ah Ra asked hopeful to the person that just entered the door.
“Miss Hye, we are ready to take the covers on your eyes off now, are you ready?” the doctor asked, Ah Ra hesitated before she answered
“No. I want Jae Oppa to be here…I want him to be the first person I see” she pleaded
“Okay, we will contact him as soon as possible. But…don’t you want to see already?” the doctor wondered
“I do, but if he’s not here, there’s no point in seeing is there?” Ah Ra replied with deep emotion, the doctor just turned around and walked out.
~outside her room~
“Mr. Kim, she won’t do it unless your with her…she wants you to be the first one she sees.” The doctor explained to JaeJoong
“I know…I heard from out here” he replied with sadness in his voice, he really wanted to see her too, but the fact is: he can’t do that anymore.
“Fine… let’s go” he declared and went inside…very slowly
*squeak* the door opened again
“Oppa? Is that you?” Ah Ra asked in desperation now
“Yes my RaRa…” his husky voice chilled through Ah Ra’s spine and tears verged in her closed covered eyes.
“OH! OPPA!” she cried and searched for his body to hug, but he won’t budge.
“Are you ready now?” the doctor interrupted
“Yes…” she murmured
The doctor then took off the cotton covers from her eyes, and she griped the side of her bed. JaeJoong smoothed her tensed fists and interlaced them together, making Ah Ra less nervous than she already is. When the whole plaster was off her eyes, she still refused to open them.
“It’s okay…you can open them now…” JaeJoong cooed at her tightening his grip on her hands
Ah Ra did as she was told and opened them slowly, it was hard at first, and then she blinked a couple of times before she could see colours before her. However, they were all blurry and panic struck her.
“Why? It’s all blurry! Why can’t I see clearly?!” she complained hardening her hold in Jae’s hand embedding her fingernails on his skin. JaeJoong winced
“It’s okay Miss, it is very normal. Your sight will get better in time.” The doctored explained which made Ah Ra calm down a little. However, it made her sad that she can’t see JaeJoong’s face sooner. The doctor left leaving JaeJoong, his butler and Ah Ra alone in the room.
“Oppa…” she smiled, she could now see some colours around her. She saw: the outline of JaeJoong’s face, eyes and lips. Her smile widened when she approached his face.
“I can’t believe it! I can’t believe I can see again!” she cheered
“You deserve it my RaRa” he softly mumbled. But there was something in the pit of his stomach full of regret.
“Thank you Oppa…” she mumbled

It has been a week and Ah Ra’s sight was getting better, but not JaeJoong. Ah Ra was so worried because he kept on bumping into tables, chairs and posts. He doesn’t like going out anymore and always has someone following him.
“Oppa, are you okay?” she asked JaeJoong who was laid on the bed
“Yes I am fine RaRa… how about you?” he croaked
“You haven’t been normal lately… are you really okay? You can tell me…” Ah Ra offered with concern while holding his hands, everything still was not clear to her, all she could decipher was the outline of things.
“Yes Ah Ra… you should rest and let’s wait until you can see clearer” he suggested and she could do nothing to persuade him more. He was stubborn at times. As she was about to walk away, JaeJoong suddenly muttered something to her
“Ah Ra… promise me… you won’t change”
“What are you talking about Oppa?” she asked confused
“Just promise me…please” he pleaded looking away from her.
“I promise” she declared and he soon fell asleep. Ah Ra sighed and went to go outside, to feel the breeze and gain her independence

*2 weeks later*
JaeJoong was still the same as before. It was getting very awkward…
JaeJoong went home for a while but he promised Ah Ra that he would visit her today. It was today, everything was clear to her… she could see everything
“I CAN FINALLY SEE!!! WOOOOOOOOO!” Ah Ra shouted outside the window making all the birds fly away from her voice, she chuckled at the image of the birds flying away, she has never even seen a bird before in her life.
“You sound very happy…” JaeJoong muttered suddenly, she turned around face him, but he was just staring into space. What really was wrong with him?
“Oppa! You’re so handsome! Your face, your body…everything... you’re perfect!” she exclaimed and placed his face in between her palms, he was still not looking at her. Then it hit her, ‘it couldn’t possibly be that—‘ she thought.

Weeks passed by and Ah Ra were getting really uncomfortable with him around. She had to take him everywhere she goes and feed him. To be honest, she was getting tired, tired of their relationship, tired of him. One day, she could not take it anymore and exploded. As JaeJoong was heading to Ah Ra’s room, he heard mutters of her voice. He decided to sneak up on her and listen to what they were saying
“Chairman! I can’t take it anymore! I’m so tired… of JaeJoong… of nursing him. I just want a normal life with a normal boyfriend living in a normal house with normal friends! I’m sorry of being so rude but… I ALREADY HAVE A PUSSY I DON’T NEED ANOTHER ONE! How can he protect me? How can we be normal if he’s not?!” she yelled making JaeJoong cringe in shame outside the door, her voice kept on ringing inside his head and his tears were in the brim of dropping.
“You promised” he murmured from outside the door, but it was loud enough for them to hear. The chairman opened the door and let him in, leaving JaeJoong and Ah Ra alone.
“Pussy?” he started with a thick voice, his tears were successful at their aim of finally falling.
“I’m sorry JaeJoong… I didn’t mean for you to hear that” Ah Ra replied trying to sound apologetic, it was at her advantage, she could sound like she’s sorry but not look like it. He can’t see her anyway.
“But does that give you the right to say those words?” he asked a little angry now
“No.”
“well, at least I understand how you feel now…” he confirmed then he remembered a conversation he had with his father
*flashback*
“Appa, it’s decided… and you can’t stop me…” JaeJoong stubbornly said
“Okay son, I understand… and I will always respect your wishes… I am sorry if I acted harsh.” His father, Ji Hoo apologized
“It’s okay Appa…”
“But please let me do one thing… I want to pick the doctors… for better results” Ji Hoo offered
“Okay Appa” JaeJoong replied and turned around
“Oh and JaeJoong… I advise you to not do anything that you will regret” his father said
“Don’t worry… I won’t” JaeJoong smiled at his father to reassure him then walked out of his office.
*flashback end*
‘I’m sorry Appa…’ JaeJoong thought and walked out of the room, but before he could step outside of her door, he remembered something that he should mention to Ah Ra
“Oh and Hye Ah Ra… please… Take care of my eyes” JaeJoong cooed with kindness despite the things she’s said to him
Ah Ra on the other hand was shocked, it was JaeJoong’s eyes that was in hers?! But she decided that it will just be a waste of effort to get him back again, she has already said it, there is no taking back.
It was days after, Ah Ra has already gotten her eye surgery and will be able to see in just a few days time. And with those days, she has been waiting for her Oppa to come and visit her, to check on how it went and when they would take the cover of her eyes off and let the lightness in her life again. But he hasn’t come.
*squeak* “Oppa? Is that you?” Ah Ra asked hopeful to the person that just entered the door.
“Miss Hye, we are ready to take the covers on your eyes off now, are you ready?” the doctor asked, Ah Ra hesitated before she answered
“No. I want Jae Oppa to be here…I want him to be the first person I see” she pleaded
“Okay, we will contact him as soon as possible. But…don’t you want to see already?” the doctor wondered
“I do, but if he’s not here, there’s no point in seeing is there?” Ah Ra replied with deep emotion, the doctor just turned around and walked out.
~outside her room~
“Mr. Kim, she won’t do it unless your with her…she wants you to be the first one she sees.” The doctor explained to JaeJoong
“I know…I heard from out here” he replied with sadness in his voice, he really wanted to see her too, but the fact is: he can’t do that anymore.
“Fine… let’s go” he declared and went inside…very slowly
*squeak* the door opened again
“Oppa? Is that you?” Ah Ra asked in desperation now
“Yes my RaRa…” his husky voice chilled through Ah Ra’s spine and tears verged in her closed covered eyes.
“OH! OPPA!” she cried and searched for his body to hug, but he won’t budge.
“Are you ready now?” the doctor interrupted
“Yes…” she murmured
The doctor then took off the cotton covers from her eyes, and she griped the side of her bed. JaeJoong smoothed her tensed fists and interlaced them together, making Ah Ra less nervous than she already is. When the whole plaster was off her eyes, she still refused to open them.
“It’s okay…you can open them now…” JaeJoong cooed at her tightening his grip on her hands
Ah Ra did as she was told and opened them slowly, it was hard at first, and then she blinked a couple of times before she could see colours before her. However, they were all blurry and panic struck her.
“Why? It’s all blurry! Why can’t I see clearly?!” she complained hardening her hold in Jae’s hand embedding her fingernails on his skin. JaeJoong winced
“It’s okay Miss, it is very normal. Your sight will get better in time.” The doctored explained which made Ah Ra calm down a little. However, it made her sad that she can’t see JaeJoong’s face sooner. The doctor left leaving JaeJoong, his butler and Ah Ra alone in the room.
“Oppa…” she smiled, she could now see some colours around her. She saw: the outline of JaeJoong’s face, eyes and lips. Her smile widened when she approached his face.
“I can’t believe it! I can’t believe I can see again!” she cheered
“You deserve it my RaRa” he softly mumbled. But there was something in the pit of his stomach full of regret.
“Thank you Oppa…” she mumbled

It has been a week and Ah Ra’s sight was getting better, but not JaeJoong. Ah Ra was so worried because he kept on bumping into tables, chairs and posts. He doesn’t like going out anymore and always has someone following him.
“Oppa, are you okay?” she asked JaeJoong who was laid on the bed
“Yes I am fine RaRa… how about you?” he croaked
“You haven’t been normal lately… are you really okay? You can tell me…” Ah Ra offered with concern while holding his hands, everything still was not clear to her, all she could decipher was the outline of things.
“Yes Ah Ra… you should rest and let’s wait until you can see clearer” he suggested and she could do nothing to persuade him more. He was stubborn at times. As she was about to walk away, JaeJoong suddenly muttered something to her
“Ah Ra… promise me… you won’t change”
“What are you talking about Oppa?” she asked confused
“Just promise me…please” he pleaded looking away from her.
“I promise” she declared and he soon fell asleep. Ah Ra sighed and went to go outside, to feel the breeze and gain her independence

*2 weeks later*
JaeJoong was still the same as before. It was getting very awkward…
JaeJoong went home for a while but he promised Ah Ra that he would visit her today. It was today, everything was clear to her… she could see everything
“I CAN FINALLY SEE!!! WOOOOOOOOO!” Ah Ra shouted outside the window making all the birds fly away from her voice, she chuckled at the image of the birds flying away, she has never even seen a bird before in her life.
“You sound very happy…” JaeJoong muttered suddenly, she turned around face him, but he was just staring into space. What really was wrong with him?
“Oppa! You’re so handsome! Your face, your body…everything... you’re perfect!” she exclaimed and placed his face in between her palms, he was still not looking at her. Then it hit her, ‘it couldn’t possibly be that—‘ she thought.

JaeJoong came back to his father’s side and apologized. He should’ve listened to him, now look what condition he’s in now. He is blind and an unworthy person received his most precious eyes. He loved her, and still does. Despite the things he sacrificed for her, and he does not know why. Maybe everyone gets stupid once in a while, because of the one they love. JaeJoong would still dream about Ah Ra…almost every night, he would speak words in his sleep such as “I Love you my RaRa” or “ You Promised” the grip on his bed sheets gets tighter and tears flow from his covered eyes. The eyes does he does not deserve, the eyes that he got for loving someone. It was really regrettable.
But the worst thing is he would get angry and frustrated more and more each day, he gets tired of not knowing where to go…waiting for someone help before he could make a single move. Just bringing himself to the toilet is not as simple as it seems anymore. JaeJoong would be locked inside the house or go outside the garden away from the outside world that he used to roam for himself. His heart grew colder and colder, however, there is one person that slowed down that process. She was with JaeJoong ever since they were children and did not want for him to change. After all, he won’t be the same JaeJoong that she loved secretly for all her life.
Her name is Mi Hana, daughter of one of the maids in JaeJoong’s household. Her mother HyunAe and the gardener Hyo were married and have practically worked for Master Ji Hoo since they were teenagers. Hana was born in that mansion too. They were family at most, HyunAe would mostly serve JaeJoong’s mother, they were great friends and has take Hana as one of her daughters. Now at the age of 18, Hana also works in the mansion In replacement for her mother and was in charge of JaeJoong.
“Hana ssi, I Trust you…” Ji Hoo said pleadingly towards Hana
“Do not worry Master Ji Hoo; I will take good care of your son.” Hana bowed and walked outside of his office starting her duty.
After that, all of the other helpers left JaeJoong in the hands of Hana, some were muttering to her “Good luck” or “She will not last very long”. That was because they don’t know who she was; she was JaeJoong’s very dear best friend. She entered his messy room with confidence; JaeJoong was in a deep slumber hugging his pillow with a little sprinkle of a snore. Hana started picking up clothes from the floor and fixed them, dusted the closet and also, tidied the bathroom.
“Mmm” JaeJoong started to stir then went back to sleep. It must be something about his dream.
When everything was cleared up, she arranged JaeJoong’s body in a proper position and slided the covers on top of him. She sat next to him and stared at his face for a couple of moments, the serene angelic features of his would always dissolve her heart and the love that she feels for him is etched in her mind and soul. Hana got caught up in the moment and stroked his cheeks with her thumbs ever so smoothly and delicately. But this was still not smooth enough for JaeJoong not to notice.
“Young Master JaeJoong… do you know? My Umma did not go to work today; she’s becoming really weak. The cancer has already gotten to stage 4. So we can’t do anything about it” Hana cried, JaeJoong heard this but pretended not to, he shuffled a little and leaned on her arm.
“The doctor said that we should wait and… make her last days memorable…” she cried harder and louder this time. Hana covered her mouth from crying out loud, afraid that she might wake JaeJoong up. The tears overflowed from her eyes and streamed down her cheeks; one warm droplet of tear dropped on JaeJoong’s skin and melted his cold heart for a little while, as he continued to listen to your voice.
“You know JaeJoong… She said to me that she was happy… she was already happy and satisfied. She said she was ready to die” Hana continued stroking his cheeks again.
“It will be okay Mimi…” JaeJoong cooed out of the blue to comfort her. Mimi was his nickname for Hana, just like a nickname he gave to Ah Ra as RaRa.
“Young Master JaeJoong! You’re awake!” She exclaimed startled
“Mmm…Let’s just stay like this for a while” JaeJoong gripped her hand and calmed her down…
“Let it out Mimi… just cry” he demanded Hana who was having hard time breathing as she was preventing her tears from flowing. Hana could not hold it in anymore and cried her heart out, she bursted all her feelings out. JaeJoong placed her head next to his and comforted her. Hana’s mother helped everyone in his household and Hana would be lost without her. And yet, they had to separate sooner than expected.

Fourth Chapter [Secret Love]

The morning came by with Hana laid inside JaeJoong’s embrace. It was warm and full of concern; JaeJoong hugged her until she has calmed down and fell into a deep slumber. It was already breakfast time and they were still asleep.
Hana encircled her arms around JaeJoong subconsciously and held him closer to her body leaving no space whatsoever between their bodies. She was peacefully dreaming of JaeJoong but he was not.
“Ah Ra… My RaRa…” JaeJoong cooed in his sleep while hugging Hana tighter, his voice ringed in her dreams making her snap up to reality. He mentioning another girl’s name broke her heart; Hana fluttered her eyes slowly and broke away from the man she loves.
“Just keep sleeping my Young Master JaeJoong, I will serve you breakfast very soon” she whispered while gently removing his arms from her waist. When she finally stood up, Hana straightened her clothes and headed downstairs for his breakfast.
Once Hana has carried the breakfast to her Young Master’s room, Hana gently shook JaeJoong awake.
“Young Master… It is now time for your breakfast” she murmured, and it was successful
“Oh… Mimi ah” JaeJoong replied
“Time for breakfast Young Ma—“
“HOW MANY TIMES DID I TELL YOU NOT TO CALL ME YOUNG MASTER?!” he roared at Hana with a thunder voice that scared the living out of her. She cringed and played with her fingers frantically
“I-I’m sorry Ja-JaeJoong” Hana apologized with a polite manner, but with trembling on the sidelines.
“Well?! Where’s my food?” he snapped again sitting up from his bed
“It’s Coming Young Mast—I mean JaeJoong” she answered him and placed the table by his lap and fed him.
“Here.” Hana offered holding a spoonful of porridge by his lips. JaeJoong parted his lips for the spoon to enter; he savoured the porridge with his tongue and scrunched up his nose
“WHAT KIND OF SHIT IS THIS?! IT’S SO BLUNT!” JaeJoong complained and shoved the table with the bowl of porridge away. It hit the wall and made a mess, Hana was already so tired and JaeJoong just made it worse.
“Fire the cook, go hire a better one and get me another breakfast…Hurry!” JaeJoong ordered her and went back to lay on his bed, but she was not having that kind of behaviour. Out of concern Hana had made the porridge herself for him, and he neglected it just like that.
“No” she declared
“What? Are you disobeying me? Go now!” he raged sitting up
“NO KIM JAEJOONG! WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU?! Have you lost your respect? A very hard working and tired person had made that food especially for you and you just threw it away?! Do you have any idea how long I’VE spent on that?” Hana shouted
“Oh so you made it… who told you to make it anyway? There is a cook you know, and just because your life terrible doesn’t mean your cooking has to be as well” He replied harshly
“What?” Hana cried
“Look! I’m hungry so just go get me another breakfast! And get the cook to make it! Just because your mother’s dying doesn’t mean you can keep slacking off--” JaeJoong ordered her once again, but this time receiving a painful touch by Hana. She had slapped his face hard enough for him to land on his pillows.
“How dare you! No wonder why no one lasts to stay with you” she cried once more
“HOW DARE YOU SLAP ME?! DO YOU WANT TO GET FIRED?!” JaeJoong yelled smoothing his cheek
“Fine, get me fired…It’s not like your father will do so. NO ONE is willing to serve you! I was his last choice… because I’m your best friend JaeJoong ah, and don’t ever bring my mother into your anger. Ever since you--”
“What? Gotten blind? I’ve been a pain and a burden to everyone because I’m blind? Is that it?” he asked

Those words replayed within JaeJoong’s ears and it made him realise what’s really important: Hana. He was hurt hearing her cries and pleads, the way that she acted so strong but was obviously crumbling on the inside, while he was just there, ignoring everyone else’s feelings. “I’m Sorry Mimi” he muttered
Hana headed towards the hospital where her mother was admitted. She entered her room with a bunch of fruits in a basket along with a fake smile.
“Umma…” she greeted
“My daughter…Hana… come…” HyunAe pleaded her over; she was pale and was skinny as ever with a bandage covering her bald head.
“Yes Mother?” she asked
“As you know, I won’t last any longer, and I have gotten an offer from the doctor, saying that if I donate my functioning organs…*cough*…we can get money. And to be a real mother to you even just for once--”
“What do you mean? You are a real mother to me!” Hana cried
“Yes but I never provided you with education, clothes, food…all of those came from our Masters and Mistresses. So, one thing I can do for you now before I die is… to help the person you truly love…I will donate my eyes to JaeJoong.” She declared
“Umma…” Hana sobbed into the bed where her mother was laid on.
“I’m sure about this Hana…”

Later that night, the doctor had made the appointment for the eye donation for next week and everything was ready. All they needed to worry about is getting JaeJoong to agree.
“JaeJoong Oppa…” Hana called out while entering his room quietly
“Mimi? Is that you” JaeJoong instantly sat up and held his arms out for her, Hana reached to him and smoothed his strong arms while he gripped her hands hard like a little kid longing for his parents.
“Yes, I am here Oppa… I just want to apologize earlier on, from what I said, I didn’t mean it” she cooed sitting next to him on the side of the bed.
“No, I’m sorry, I didn’t consider your feelings… and the way I acted was way out of proportion. I hope you can forgive me.” He pleaded

“Thank you…” he cried onto her arms while hugging it tightly
“For what?”
“For staying by my side for 5 years, for not losing faith in me, for not being fed up of me…Thank you”
“It’s fine,”
“It’s just that…I’m blind Mimi… I feel like I’m so useless… and I’ve lost my first love, she called me a ‘pussy’ Hana…That hurt…” JaeJoong cried even more
“I know… you have mentioned in your dreams for quite a while… but it’s the past now, I’m here…” Hana comforted him
“Thank you…”

“Come with me to the hospital tomorrow” Hana asked
“Why?”
“To visit my mother… and I also have news for you” Hana confirmed
“Sure, I’ll come, should be good to get out of this room…and what news?” JaeJoong wondered
“You’ll find out…I promise…It’s my surprise to you, and I hope you’ll like it”
“I’ll accept it…whatever it is…”

“Because you are the person she loves JaeJoong ah… and by giving her what she wishes for – which is for you to see- I am granting her a gift, it is much better for someone deserving to get my eyes than a random person don’t you think?” she continued

“That long? And I didn’t even notice…why doesn’t she show it?”
“She does show it… you just don’t notice…but she never lost hope and waited for you” Hyunae concluded as Hana came in.
Hana encircled her arms around JaeJoong subconsciously and held him closer to her body leaving no space whatsoever between their bodies. She was peacefully dreaming of JaeJoong but he was not.
“Ah Ra… My RaRa…” JaeJoong cooed in his sleep while hugging Hana tighter, his voice ringed in her dreams making her snap up to reality. He mentioning another girl’s name broke her heart; Hana fluttered her eyes slowly and broke away from the man she loves.
“Just keep sleeping my Young Master JaeJoong, I will serve you breakfast very soon” she whispered while gently removing his arms from her waist. When she finally stood up, Hana straightened her clothes and headed downstairs for his breakfast.
Once Hana has carried the breakfast to her Young Master’s room, Hana gently shook JaeJoong awake.
“Young Master… It is now time for your breakfast” she murmured, and it was successful

“HOW MANY TIMES DID I TELL YOU NOT TO CALL ME YOUNG MASTER?!” he roared at Hana with a thunder voice that scared the living out of her. She cringed and played with her fingers frantically
“I-I’m sorry Ja-JaeJoong” Hana apologized with a polite manner, but with trembling on the sidelines.
“Well?! Where’s my food?” he snapped again sitting up from his bed
“It’s Coming Young Mast—I mean JaeJoong” she answered him and placed the table by his lap and fed him.
“Here.” Hana offered holding a spoonful of porridge by his lips. JaeJoong parted his lips for the spoon to enter; he savoured the porridge with his tongue and scrunched up his nose
“WHAT KIND OF SHIT IS THIS?! IT’S SO BLUNT!” JaeJoong complained and shoved the table with the bowl of porridge away. It hit the wall and made a mess, Hana was already so tired and JaeJoong just made it worse.
“Fire the cook, go hire a better one and get me another breakfast…Hurry!” JaeJoong ordered her and went back to lay on his bed, but she was not having that kind of behaviour. Out of concern Hana had made the porridge herself for him, and he neglected it just like that.
“No” she declared
“What? Are you disobeying me? Go now!” he raged sitting up
“NO KIM JAEJOONG! WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU?! Have you lost your respect? A very hard working and tired person had made that food especially for you and you just threw it away?! Do you have any idea how long I’VE spent on that?” Hana shouted
“Oh so you made it… who told you to make it anyway? There is a cook you know, and just because your life terrible doesn’t mean your cooking has to be as well” He replied harshly
“What?” Hana cried
“Look! I’m hungry so just go get me another breakfast! And get the cook to make it! Just because your mother’s dying doesn’t mean you can keep slacking off--” JaeJoong ordered her once again, but this time receiving a painful touch by Hana. She had slapped his face hard enough for him to land on his pillows.
“How dare you! No wonder why no one lasts to stay with you” she cried once more
“HOW DARE YOU SLAP ME?! DO YOU WANT TO GET FIRED?!” JaeJoong yelled smoothing his cheek

Missing Peice -final-

[font=Georgia][color=blue][i]Today was the day… sadly HyunAe has passed away. Hana and her father were devastated; Luckily JaeJoong stuck with Hana along the way and comforted her. She would cry day and night, hardly eat and hardly sleep. Only JaeJoong’s heavenly voice can calm her down.
With the sad story aside, it was also the day of JaeJoong eye transplant. They were in the hospital awaiting the doctor’s orders, JaeJoong lying on the bed while Hana was standing over him admiringly.
“Are you nervous JaeJoong ah?” Hana asked
“A little.” He admitted, Hana took a hold of his hand and sighed.
“Hana…” he murmured
“Hm?”
“Your mom… she mentioned something…” he started
“Can Mr. Kim JaeJoong please be escorted to the operation room” the nurse called out. Hana’s hand let go of JaeJoong’s as his bed got pushed inside the operating room. Hana crushed both of her hands together sincerely praying for JaeJoong’s safety. She just waited and paced outside the room without the slight thought of leaving.

The doctor cam out of the operating room and sighed.
“Doctor! Is everything okay? How’s JaeJoong? Was it successful?” Hana bombarded him with questions
“Hana… calm down, JaeJoong’s okay…and it was successful!” the doctor beamed “He would still be unconscious from the anaesthetic but he should wake in a couple of hours. He will be headed to his room now so you’re very welcome to see him.”
“Thanks Doctor!” Hana cheerfully replied while watching the doctor walk towards his office. “Thank you lord! Thank you so much!”
Hana entered JaeJoong’s room and sat beside him while he sleeps peacefully, she stares at him and held his hand tight.
“JaeJoong ah, do you know how happy I am right now? I’m very, very happy! Because your operation was a success, you will be able to see soon… see me…” she sobbed and whispered the last part. “I also would be able to see my mother in your eyes somehow… oh I miss her so much JaeJoong” the afternoon went by with Hana telling him stories like he was little child, she would mention what they will do as soon as he can see, go to the theme park, play in the arcade and become a normal teenager that he didn’t have a chance to be. She wanted him to make up the sad times he spent inside his cooped up room thinking about an ungrateful girl. JaeJoong regained his consciousness but stayed still listening to Hana’s voice.
“JaeJoong, I promise, you will never be unhappy again…as long as I’m alive” she cooed thinking that he was still asleep, she traced her fingertips on his facial features while the other held his hand tightly without letting it go for even one second. “You’re still so beautiful JaeJoong ah, like you’ve always been…” Her fingers brushed onto the thick eye patches covering his closed lids and he deeply sighed in pleasure. It felt good to feel her touch, but Hana continued with her monologue while he continued to listen. “I hope you won’t be disappointed when you see me… I’ve always been hiding this to you…ever since we were little… but, Saranghae JaeJoong… I love you very much” she barely whispered but enough for JaeJoong to hear. He tightened his hold on Hana’s hand signalling that he was awake. Hana gasped
“Oppa! You’re awake!” she cheered
“Mimi…”
“Neh Oppa? Do you need or want anything? Is anything hurting? Tell me!” she demanded and stood up but JaeJoong did not let her.
“I want nothing… nothing but you—stay…please” he pleaded and she sat back down hesitantly “I just want to say… Nado Saranghae Mi Hana…” she was dumbfounded at what he just declared; his hand smoothed hers with his thumb and repeated what he said “Saranghae Mimi”
“Oppa…y-you--” she stuttered
“I know… your mother told me before she died, and you just told me…just now. And yes I heard it.” He replied, Hana felt the heat creep up her cheeks and she flushed crimson, her heart was beating so fast blending in with the butterflies in her stomach. She was even happier now, knowing that he loves her too. But no matter how much happiness she felt, she could not utter one word; her throat was stuck—speechless.
“Come here.” He ordered and she gladly implied. She went closer to him and took a deep breath “I want you to kiss me…please?” he asked. Hana smiled and blushed even more looking at his waiting lips. The sun was setting outside and an orange warm atmosphere surrounded them, she bent down leaning in closer and closer to his face…she tilted her face sideward a little and closed her eyes gently. Now, they were only millimetres away and they can both feel each other warm breath, Hana’s moist lips finally made a link with JaeJoong’s excited ones. He exhaled and moved his arm to caress her face not letting go of their connection. He held her face close and depend the kiss, both of them feeling blissful. Nothing else mattered now, it was just the two of them kissing away their sadness, the pain and finally realizing the satisfying delight in the terms ‘Moving on’

“Okay, JaeJoong…are you ready?” the doctor asked him, he nodded while tightening his hold on Hana’s hand. The doctor slowly peeled the eye patches off of his skin, his eyebrows were furrowed and his lids were red and puffy like he’s been crying for 3 days straight.
“You can open your eyes now JaeJoong ssi, but take it slow” he suggested but JaeJoong shook his head in worry. “What if I can’t see? What if I stay blind? What if-if--” he cried
“Oppa…Oppa, I’m here, in front of you… please… don’t you want to see me?” she pleaded; he nodded and took a deep breath. JaeJoong’s eye brows furrowed more and his lids were slowly opening little by little. Something bright was all round him and it hurt. So bad.
“Ah! Too bright!” he groaned while his arms flew in front of his eyes. The doctor calmed him down and lessened the lights in the room. JaeJoong once again had the courage to give it another try. His eyes lids opened themselves successfully and he looked around the room, the images were still blurry but he blinked it off. ‘I can see! I really can see!’ he happily thought. He finally landed his eyes onto you while the images suddenly became clear. He could now see you… once again. The studied your facial features from your soft dark hair down to your plump moist lips, he cupped your chin and looked you in the eyes. “I can see you Mimi! I can see you!” he was ecstatic and so was she; they hugged each other with so much love and joy.
“Thank you” she murmured over JaeJoong’s shoulder.
After a few hours, he was finally ready to go home and was packing his stuff from the hospital when his father suddenly came in through the door. You were shocked when you saw him and bowed “Master Ji Hoo!” you respectfully exclaimed. JaeJoong heard your voice and turned his head around, he couldn’t see things clear yet from afar so he walked closer. “Appa?” he asked
“Yes my son!” he hugged him tight and sighed loudly while patting his back.
“Appa? What are you doing here?” JaeJoong questioned
“Well, I’m here to pick you up myself… I really missed you my son.” He explained while Hana was stood on the corner with her down in front of her master. Master Ji Hoo did not know about their relationship and was scared of how he would take it. His rich, smart son with her…the poor one who was working as a maid. It’ was heaven and earth separation.
JaeJoong turned to you and walked over. “Mimi? Are you okay?” he asked worriedly and you nodded still looking down. He understood at that moment what was in your mind.
“Appa… Mimi and I are getting married.” He stated with his chin held high towards his father. You were startled by this sudden approach and looked at him confused and dumbfounded, she then looked to her Master Ji Hoo and what she saw was absolutely unexpected. A massive grin was plastered within his smooth face showing nearly all of his pearly teeth. “That’s great!” he loudly bellowed leaving Hana’s jaw unscrewed.
“Thanks Appa!” JaeJoong replied and hugged his father once more. “I knew it was going to be the two of you! Congratulations! Now come on…let’s go home! There are lots of plans for the wedding!” his father uttered in high spirits and walked out the room excitedly when the two of the married-to-be couple walked after.
“JaeJoong?!” Hana exclaimed quietly inside the limousine.
“Why? Don’t you want to?” he asked playfully as he draped his strong arms around her waist.
“I do… but… you didn’t even ask me properly…” she pouted. He could not resist your cuteness and kneeled right in front of you in a moving limousine. He wobbled for a little but managed to ask the words you wanted to hear “Mi Hana… will you marry me?” he sincerely asked looking into his eyes… she vaguely had an image of her mother though JaeJoong eyes and warm liquid formed in her eyes in the brim of falling from her lids and answered with all of the love she had for her mother. “Yes” she nodded and the tears fell, she felt contented about her feelings, she was sure that she wanted to be with him from now and forever and ever and also, she had finally fulfilled her mother’s wishes. JaeJoong sat back down next to her and cupped her chin ever so gently. He kissed her tears away and moved over to her lips, it was trembling but it soon calmed down with his touch.

“JaeJoong!” Ji Hoo called “Are you ready? Your interview’s in a few minutes…”
“Yes Appa…I’m ready” he answered properly while he fixed his suit. It has been 3 years since he came out of the hospital and now he’s going to be introduced to public as the heir to everything Ji Hoo owns, to follow his steps and to continue what his father started. He was now 23, his marriage was held back because of studies and responsibilities, but Hana didn’t mind.
“Alright…come on” he signalled and Hana gracefully waited in the sidelines watching his handsome fiancé.

“Ladies and gentlemen… please welcome the heir to all of Kim Corps. Kim JaeJoong!” The MC announced and JaeJoong entered in the most presentable way. His voice amplified from the T.V speakers to Ah Ra’s ear. She was so shocked to see him again, handsome and respected like he always was. But Ah Ra noticed something different…he was glowing brighter and he was clearly happier, a twinge of guilt pinched her heart while flash backs zipped through her mind.

“Boh? You really think I’d turn you away?” she asked giggling at the ridiculous response from JaeJoong

“Are you saying… that you love me?” JaeJoong’s husky seductive voice echoed through Ah Ra’s ears making her flush bright red. She nodded as ‘yes’ and he rejoiced.
“Really?!” JaeJoong asked

“Chairman! I can’t take it anymore! I’m so tired… of JaeJoong… of nursing him. I just want a normal life with a normal boyfriend living in a normal house with normal friends! “You promised” he murmured from outside the door, but it was loud enough for them to hear. “Pussy?” he started with a thick voice, his tears were successful at their aim of finally falling.

But hope still sparked in her heart in the hope that maybe…just maybe…JaeJoong still loves her…after all of these years, maybe he’s forgiven her and was ready for another chance. Ah Ra gained back her composure as she stared into the T.V screen, she stroked the screen and smiled “I’m going to get you back Kim JaeJoong”
With the sad story aside, it was also the day of JaeJoong eye transplant. They were in the hospital awaiting the doctor’s orders, JaeJoong lying on the bed while Hana was standing over him admiringly.
“Are you nervous JaeJoong ah?” Hana asked
“A little.” He admitted, Hana took a hold of his hand and sighed.
“Hana…” he murmured
“Hm?”
“Your mom… she mentioned something…” he started
“Can Mr. Kim JaeJoong please be escorted to the operation room” the nurse called out. Hana’s hand let go of JaeJoong’s as his bed got pushed inside the operating room. Hana crushed both of her hands together sincerely praying for JaeJoong’s safety. She just waited and paced outside the room without the slight thought of leaving.

The doctor cam out of the operating room and sighed.
“Doctor! Is everything okay? How’s JaeJoong? Was it successful?” Hana bombarded him with questions
“Hana… calm down, JaeJoong’s okay…and it was successful!” the doctor beamed “He would still be unconscious from the anaesthetic but he should wake in a couple of hours. He will be headed to his room now so you’re very welcome to see him.”
“Thanks Doctor!” Hana cheerfully replied while watching the doctor walk towards his office. “Thank you lord! Thank you so much!”
Hana entered JaeJoong’s room and sat beside him while he sleeps peacefully, she stares at him and held his hand tight.
“JaeJoong ah, do you know how happy I am right now? I’m very, very happy! Because your operation was a success, you will be able to see soon… see me…” she sobbed and whispered the last part. “I also would be able to see my mother in your eyes somehow… oh I miss her so much JaeJoong” the afternoon went by with Hana telling him stories like he was little child, she would mention what they will do as soon as he can see, go to the theme park, play in the arcade and become a normal teenager that he didn’t have a chance to be. She wanted him to make up the sad times he spent inside his cooped up room thinking about an ungrateful girl. JaeJoong regained his consciousness but stayed still listening to Hana’s voice.
“JaeJoong, I promise, you will never be unhappy again…as long as I’m alive” she cooed thinking that he was still asleep, she traced her fingertips on his facial features while the other held his hand tightly without letting it go for even one second. “You’re still so beautiful JaeJoong ah, like you’ve always been…” Her fingers brushed onto the thick eye patches covering his closed lids and he deeply sighed in pleasure. It felt good to feel her touch, but Hana continued with her monologue while he continued to listen. “I hope you won’t be disappointed when you see me… I’ve always been hiding this to you…ever since we were little… but, Saranghae JaeJoong… I love you very much” she barely whispered but enough for JaeJoong to hear. He tightened his hold on Hana’s hand signalling that he was awake. Hana gasped
“Oppa! You’re awake!” she cheered
“Mimi…”
“Neh Oppa? Do you need or want anything? Is anything hurting? Tell me!” she demanded and stood up but JaeJoong did not let her.
“I want nothing… nothing but you—stay…please” he pleaded and she sat back down hesitantly “I just want to say… Nado Saranghae Mi Hana…” she was dumbfounded at what he just declared; his hand smoothed hers with his thumb and repeated what he said “Saranghae Mimi”
“Oppa…y-you--” she stuttered
“I know… your mother told me before she died, and you just told me…just now. And yes I heard it.” He replied, Hana felt the heat creep up her cheeks and she flushed crimson, her heart was beating so fast blending in with the butterflies in her stomach. She was even happier now, knowing that he loves her too. But no matter how much happiness she felt, she could not utter one word; her throat was stuck—speechless.
“Come here.” He ordered and she gladly implied. She went closer to him and took a deep breath “I want you to kiss me…please?” he asked. Hana smiled and blushed even more looking at his waiting lips. The sun was setting outside and an orange warm atmosphere surrounded them, she bent down leaning in closer and closer to his face…she tilted her face sideward a little and closed her eyes gently. Now, they were only millimetres away and they can both feel each other warm breath, Hana’s moist lips finally made a link with JaeJoong’s excited ones. He exhaled and moved his arm to caress her face not letting go of their connection. He held her face close and depend the kiss, both of them feeling blissful. Nothing else mattered now, it was just the two of them kissing away their sadness, the pain and finally realizing the satisfying delight in the terms ‘Moving on’

“Okay, JaeJoong…are you ready?” the doctor asked him, he nodded while tightening his hold on Hana’s hand. The doctor slowly peeled the eye patches off of his skin, his eyebrows were furrowed and his lids were red and puffy like he’s been crying for 3 days straight.
“You can open your eyes now JaeJoong ssi, but take it slow” he suggested but JaeJoong shook his head in worry. “What if I can’t see? What if I stay blind? What if-if--” he cried
“Oppa…Oppa, I’m here, in front of you… please… don’t you want to see me?” she pleaded; he nodded and took a deep breath. JaeJoong’s eye brows furrowed more and his lids were slowly opening little by little. Something bright was all round him and it hurt. So bad.
“Ah! Too bright!” he groaned while his arms flew in front of his eyes. The doctor calmed him down and lessened the lights in the room. JaeJoong once again had the courage to give it another try. His eyes lids opened themselves successfully and he looked around the room, the images were still blurry but he blinked it off. ‘I can see! I really can see!’ he happily thought. He finally landed his eyes onto you while the images suddenly became clear. He could now see you… once again. The studied your facial features from your soft dark hair down to your plump moist lips, he cupped your chin and looked you in the eyes. “I can see you Mimi! I can see you!” he was ecstatic and so was she; they hugged each other with so much love and joy.
“Thank you” she murmured over JaeJoong’s shoulder.
After a few hours, he was finally ready to go home and was packing his stuff from the hospital when his father suddenly came in through the door. You were shocked when you saw him and bowed “Master Ji Hoo!” you respectfully exclaimed. JaeJoong heard your voice and turned his head around, he couldn’t see things clear yet from afar so he walked closer. “Appa?” he asked
“Yes my son!” he hugged him tight and sighed loudly while patting his back.
“Appa? What are you doing here?” JaeJoong questioned
“Well, I’m here to pick you up myself… I really missed you my son.” He explained while Hana was stood on the corner with her down in front of her master. Master Ji Hoo did not know about their relationship and was scared of how he would take it. His rich, smart son with her…the poor one who was working as a maid. It’ was heaven and earth separation.
JaeJoong turned to you and walked over. “Mimi? Are you okay?” he asked worriedly and you nodded still looking down. He understood at that moment what was in your mind.
“Appa… Mimi and I are getting married.” He stated with his chin held high towards his father. You were startled by this sudden approach and looked at him confused and dumbfounded, she then looked to her Master Ji Hoo and what she saw was absolutely unexpected. A massive grin was plastered within his smooth face showing nearly all of his pearly teeth. “That’s great!” he loudly bellowed leaving Hana’s jaw unscrewed.
“Thanks Appa!” JaeJoong replied and hugged his father once more. “I knew it was going to be the two of you! Congratulations! Now come on…let’s go home! There are lots of plans for the wedding!” his father uttered in high spirits and walked out the room excitedly when the two of the married-to-be couple walked after.
“JaeJoong?!” Hana exclaimed quietly inside the limousine.
“Why? Don’t you want to?” he asked playfully as he draped his strong arms around her waist.
“I do… but… you didn’t even ask me properly…” she pouted. He could not resist your cuteness and kneeled right in front of you in a moving limousine. He wobbled for a little but managed to ask the words you wanted to hear “Mi Hana… will you marry me?” he sincerely asked looking into his eyes… she vaguely had an image of her mother though JaeJoong eyes and warm liquid formed in her eyes in the brim of falling from her lids and answered with all of the love she had for her mother. “Yes” she nodded and the tears fell, she felt contented about her feelings, she was sure that she wanted to be with him from now and forever and ever and also, she had finally fulfilled her mother’s wishes. JaeJoong sat back down next to her and cupped her chin ever so gently. He kissed her tears away and moved over to her lips, it was trembling but it soon calmed down with his touch.

“JaeJoong!” Ji Hoo called “Are you ready? Your interview’s in a few minutes…”
“Yes Appa…I’m ready” he answered properly while he fixed his suit. It has been 3 years since he came out of the hospital and now he’s going to be introduced to public as the heir to everything Ji Hoo owns, to follow his steps and to continue what his father started. He was now 23, his marriage was held back because of studies and responsibilities, but Hana didn’t mind.
“Alright…come on” he signalled and Hana gracefully waited in the sidelines watching his handsome fiancé.

“Ladies and gentlemen… please welcome the heir to all of Kim Corps. Kim JaeJoong!” The MC announced and JaeJoong entered in the most presentable way. His voice amplified from the T.V speakers to Ah Ra’s ear. She was so shocked to see him again, handsome and respected like he always was. But Ah Ra noticed something different…he was glowing brighter and he was clearly happier, a twinge of guilt pinched her heart while flash backs zipped through her mind.

“It’s just that… when you can see, you might not need me anymore. You might turn me away” JaeJoong said.
“Boh? You really think I’d turn you away?” she asked giggling at the ridiculous response from JaeJoong
“Oppa, ever since I met you…I gave you my heart. And it will stay there!” she exclaimed looking for JaeJoong face. He gladly placed her hands on his cheeks and she soothed them.
“Are you saying… that you love me?” JaeJoong’s husky seductive voice echoed through Ah Ra’s ears making her flush bright red. She nodded as ‘yes’ and he rejoiced.
“Really?!” JaeJoong asked

“Chairman! I can’t take it anymore! I’m so tired… of JaeJoong… of nursing him. I just want a normal life with a normal boyfriend living in a normal house with normal friends! I’m sorry of being so rude but… I ALREADY HAVE A PUSSY I DON’T NEED ANOTHER ONE! How can he protect me? How can we be normal if he’s not?!” she yelled
“You promised” he murmured from outside the door, but it was loud enough for them to hear. “Pussy?” he started with a thick voice, his tears were successful at their aim of finally falling.
“I’m sorry JaeJoong… I didn’t mean for you to hear that” Ah Ra replied trying to sound apologetic, it was at her advantage, she could sound like she’s sorry but not look like it. He can’t see her anyway.

The tears successfully fell from her eyes…the eyes that she is not worthy of. But hope still sparked in her heart in the hope that maybe…just maybe…JaeJoong still loves her…after all of these years, maybe he’s forgiven her and was ready for another chance. Ah Ra gained back her composure as she stared into the T.V screen, she stroked the screen and smiled “I’m going to get you back Kim JaeJoong”

“Oppa!” she answered from behind him, JaeJoong smiled at her as she gets closer towards him, he puckers his lips.
“Aigoo, Oppa!” she shyly slapped his arm
“Come on… just one…please!” he pouts, and then, Hana cup his chin and kisses him passionately forgetting that they were only backstage of the studio where his interview was held. Little did they know that paparazzi were only around the corner.
“Let’s go home” he held out his hand and she gladly took it. They drove home in his car towards the sunset.
The next day was normal; he would go to the office with her and do the work.
“Ma’am, there is a girl looking for the president downstairs in the lobby” her assistant called and Hana nodded standing up ready to meet this stranger.
“Excuse me?” Hana greeted and Ah Ra turned around “Hello there… I’m the Vice president of this corporation, how may I help you?”
“Where’s Kim JaeJoong?” she asked coldly
“Well, before I can give him the message, can you please introduce yourself” Hana replied
“I’m Hye Ah Ra” she answered. Hana could not believe her ears, her voice replayed throughout her brain ‘Hye Ah Ra…she’s JaeJoong’s first love…’ she thought. Her heartbeat faltered at her coldness, her voice and the questions running though her brain. ‘What if she wants him back? What will happen to us?’ but the love she had for JaeJoong was far more, greater. She trusts him with all her life and believes in his words ‘I Love you’
“Yes, this way Miss Ah Ra” Hana could not utter any other words, she was nervous and scared of any outcomes but this had to happen, so that Ah Ra would finally know the truth and end this once and for all.
Knock. Knock
“Who is it?” JaeJoong asked
“It’s me” Hana replied while Ah Ra next to her was hyperventilating a little on hearing his voice.
“Oh! Mimi! Come in!” he cheerfully welcomed her and opened the door but his happy face soon fell upon feeling the sudden warm skin ship from Ah Ra. JaeJoong looked back at Hana who was standing silently by the doorway as it slowly closes.
“Oppa! I missed you so much!” she cheered
“What are you doing here?” he replied coldly and pushed her away
“To visit you of course!”
“Why?” he asked once more turning his head away from her, his heart started to beat faster and faster, like he was on a race. Seeing her again was bringing back the painful memories that she left him. It was like the knife that she stabbed onto his heart was back again.
“Because…because…” she thought of what to say without having sound to forward. She wanted him…again…now that he can see and was rich beyond belief.
“JUST GET TO THE POINT HYE AH RA!”
“OK Fine! I WANT YOU BACK JAEJOONG!” she shouted. Hana’s tears fell uncontrollably as she leaned on the door listening to their conversation, even though knew it was bad… she couldn’t help it. Her guess was spot on; she did want him back…now all she was waiting for was JaeJoong’s reply.
“Ah Ra… why—”
“I know I left you, I know I said those harsh words to you and I’m sorry…I really am sorry JaeJoong…give me another chance” she pleaded and she hugged him from behind. JaeJoong took in a deep breath to prevent the tears from falling. He grabbed her hands and pulled it off of his body and turned around to face her tearful features.
“Sorry? You’re sorry? I’M sorry…It’s too late now…you may leave.” He coldly turned around again and looked out the window… all that was on his mind was Hana.
“JaeJoong! You’re lying! Look me in the eyes and say that you don’t love me anymore!” she forced him to face her. Hana was sniffing quietly outside the door and was waiting in anticipation. JaeJoong faced Ah Ra easily and said the words “I don’t love you…” straight into her eyes but she still refused to believe.
“You-You lie! You love ME! You said you only love ME!”
“I LOVED YOU! But that was before… I don’t anymore… and never will again.” He exclaimed, Ah Ra’s knees wobbled and became weak at his cold sharp words.
“You haven’t forgiven me yet have you? After all these years—”
“You think what you did to me was forgivable?! If you think it is then you are mistaken!” he explained “You have no idea what I went through Ah Ra… I would just lay on my bed thinking about you…dreaming about you…I disappointed my dad and became a big burden to everyone… I kept repeating to myself…how much I regretted it.”
“You regret that you loved me?” she cried
“Yes…I do” he replied and she sobbed even more
“I gave you my heart…”
“When you were in the darkness, you gave me you heart and I gladly accepted it and—I gave you my eyes in return. Even still, it filled up the missing puzzle. Then, in the light, you took your heart back that left me with a much bigger piece to fill. And now, that piece belongs to someone else… So, even if you give me your heart again, it would not fit in mine as perfectly as it did before. I’m sorry…You may leave” he concluded
“Someone? Who is she?” she asked sniffling
“She’s someone who’s real, who really cared for me, who put up with me and she’s the reason I can see now. You are nothing but trash compared to her… Only if I can get my eyes back from you…I would gladly take it.” After those last verses, she ran out of his office with her face wet of tears. Hana entered and hugged him tightly
“Thank you” she whispered
“You heard that?” he chuckled feeling the warm feeling again, the knife was again illuminated by her love. Hana nodded and giggled. “All I said was true… Mi Hana, You are the missing piece of my heart… You complete me.” He kissed her with all his feelings pouring out: bliss, love desire.

I cried for Jaejoong twice ... first when I realized it was him to donate his eyes to Ah Ra and the second when the mother of Hana donated eyes.
