Chapter 1

SOY SAUCE (JAE JOONG)
...Jae Joong slowly leaned in… closer and closer… he angled his head sideways… WHAT ON EARTH WAS HE DOING?? His index finger traced around your lips… and your heart was beating so hard it hurt...

“JJ!!” you call out as you see him from a distance at the school grounds.

“Ah, hey (insert your name)” he beamed a shy smile at you.

You jog up to him, smiling. Jae Joong was popular with all the girls at school, his perfect features was the reason why. You’ve only know Jae Joong for a month or so but you feel like the love you felt for him would last forever like nothing could ever change that. He was the perfect man some say, the one with the silent heart that sings only for the one he loves. Yet you know that he would never like you because you felt that his standards were way out of your league.

“It’s finally over, another day” he sighed and looked ahead.

"Time always seems to go by faster than you want it too, right?"

Jae Joong's POV

Why can't I just tell her? Tell her that she's the reason the day goes by so fast for me. Tell her that she is the only reason I come to school... but I can't she would never accept me...

“Yeah” you both walked silently towards the school’s exit.

“(your name)” he said

“Yes” he looked into your eyes, there was something he wanted to say.

“Never mind” he said and turned away, he walked forward quietly humming to himself a tune.

Jae Joong's POV

Damn it... so close...

He winced at something and you wondered what he was going to say.

What was he doing? What did he want to ask? You wonder… why can’t you just tell him how you feel! Why are you so chicken? Every time you look into his eyes your heart seems to just stop beating, you can’t say anything, your body becomes stiff and your knees feel weak. You had to confess, you just want to get it off your chest.

“JJ… look I have something to say”

“Okay, go on” he said looking at you intently

Her lips are beautiful, her eyes they're mesmerizing... she's so perfect...

Jae Joong reached down and lifted up your chin you looked into his eyes and your heart beats so fast you feel like it’s going to pop out of your chest. Jae Joong slowly leaned in… closer and closer… he angled his head sideways… WHAT ON EARTH WAS HE DOING?? His index finger traced around your lips… and your heart was beating so hard it hurt. Suddenly he straightened up and shook his head.

“You’re such a messy eater”

“Boh??!” you shrieked

“Uh, what I meant was that you had soy sauce stuck on you lips from lunch” he smiled

“That… just now you were wiping away soy sauce?!”

Jae Joong POV

I wished it was so much more...

“Yes, what did you think?” he asked looking worried

“Uh… nothing” you look away, clearly he hadn’t been thinking what you were thinking… you hated when
he did that, giving you hope and then ruining the moment by doing something normal.

“(your name), what were you going to say just now?” he asked

“That… uh nothing” you hesitated as hurt filled your heart, slowly the pain spread through your body until you felt your eyes go watery, you couldn’t let Jae Joong see you like this. Not now.

I hope she isn't crying, does she feel the same way?
*Sigh* this is stupid if I don't confess to her soon some other guy is going to whisk her away, just like that...

“I really like you (your name)” he took a deep breath.

“Well… I don’t like you JJ” he looked at you, hurt filling his eyes.

Damn it! I knew it, she didn't feel the same way... she has her eyes on someone else...

“I Love You” you said

Jae Joong looked at you, his eyes glistening in the bright light.

“You… you mean it?” he asked

“Yes” you reply

He beamed and in an instant he wrapped his arms around you and held you tight, happiness, that was the feeling you felt his arms around you and you against his chest. It was just right, it all seems so unreal. Jae Joong the man of your dreams is finally yours.

“Let’s go” he said and with your fingers entwined you walked with Jae Joong away from the school grounds and you knew this was going to last forever...

Chapter 2

MELTING INTO THE MUSIC (YUNHO)
... his body moved to the music, and as you watched him you knew he was the one...

"Yunho! Party afterschool!" someone was yelling out to him.
From a distance you couldn't make out who it was.

"I'll be there!" he yelled back.

Yunho POV

Ughh... party, another one... if only she came for once maybe I would enjoy myself.

You couldn't help but feel mesmerized as you saw him smile.

"Ah! (your name)!" you turned to see him looking at you.

"Oh, Yunho oppa"

"There's a party on tonight at Confessions nightclub, are you gonna come??"

"Uh, I would... if I had a way to get there" what a name for a nightclub, you think?

"Oh, well... umm... I'm going... so maybe I could take you with me" he offered smiling

"Umm... I..."

"Sure you will, I'll pick you up at 6:00" he yelled jogging away.

Yunho POV

Why didn't I ask her earlier, then I would have enjoyed all my outings...

When you got home you were frantic, what were you going to wear to make you stand out to Yunho more than the other girls?

5:30... almost time... a white singlet and a jumper, a denim skirt with black leggings and your favourite converse.
Not too skimpy and not lacking too much skin. Perfect. A necklace and you were set. As you put your necklace on the doorbell rang, once, twice, three times.
ARGH why was Yunho so impatient?

"Yunho oppa?" I yelled

"Dae! Are you done yet?"

You grabbed your bag and sprinted to the door. Before opening it though you check your hair and outfit. You open the door and before your eyes, your Yunho looked hot! His was wearing a pair of dark denim jeans, a brown shirt and a white coat.

"You... umm.. look awful"

"Boh?" you asked horrified

He laughed "I'm just joking"

Yunho POV

(your name) no matter what you wear you will always be the most beautiful girl in the world to me... you don't even need to wear makeup... You're perfect... if only she could hear me now... my thoughts... I wonder if she would accept me...

"Let's go" he said.

You closed the door behind you, as you made your way to his motorbike. Why couldn't he just bring a car? It would've been so much easier. He got on effortlessly and you stand there uncertain.

"Yunho oppa, do we have another way of getting there?"

"Course we do, if you want to walk a few kilometres" he joked.

Yunho stood up and placed his hand on your shoulder, he bent down and looked you in the eyes.

"You'll be fine" he assured you.

Yunho POV

You will be, I would protect you at all costs, why worry so much... hehe...

He grabbed your hand, his hands were sweaty, gross. He pulled you towards the back seat. Suddenly his arms were around your waist and before you knew it you were off the ground and on the back seat of the motorbike.

"There wasn't that hard now was it?" he smiled

You shook your head.

Yunho got on and you were off, at first your hands were only holding onto his coat. Even with just a small amount of contact your heart pounded in your chest. Then suddenly Yunho revved the engine and in response your arms tightened it's grip and you realised your arms were now wrapped tightly around his waist. Your heart started beating faster and for once you were glad you were wearing a really big helmet so Yunho couldn't see your face go pink. For a moment you thought Yunho was smiling though you couldn't really tell because he was wearing a helmet, his eyes pulled at the sides, he was either smiling or in pain.

Yunho POV

Hehe, you shouldn't grip so tight, you're killing me! But the way we are now I wish that this moment would last forever... that you were forever mine...

When you got to Confessions nightclub the music was already pounding out from the speakers, you couldn't hear much and you don't think anyone else did either. All you were thinking about was that Yunho's hand was holding yours, he thought you would get lost in the crowd so he insisted that you stuck by his side.

"Let's go dance (your name)" he towed you towards the moving bodies.

"I can't dance!" you tugged at his hand but he had already made up his mind, you weren't going anywhere.

Slowly as you both reached the middle of the dance floor Yunho melted himslef into the crowd. Soon enough his body moved to the music, and as you watched him you knew he was the one. He was so abosorbed he didn't realise he had let go of your hand. His body moved quickly, sometimes slowly but always with accurate precision. It was like he had practiced for days, it didn't look like he was improvising at all. Slowly the song came to an end and your eyes locked onto eachothers.

From where I am, you are the most beautiful thing in the world. She had no idea how breathtaking she looked watching me like that, eyes fixed on the way I moved... It was time...

"Yunho oppa, I have something to say" you said

"Okay, wait" he moved his way around everyone else and towards you.

"Me too" he said

"You first" you offered

"No you go, you first" he said

"Yunho oppa...I...I.." the music started again

"I Love you" you said

Yunho's eyes widened

Yunho POV

Stupid MUSIC!!!

"What?" he said

Oh no, he didn't feel the same way. Pain shot through you.

"I can't hear you!" he shouted in your ear

Oh, he didn't hear you... good. He grabbed your hand and towed you outside. Maybe it was a silly idea to confess, he was the talk amongst all the girls at school, you could imagine every girl's evil stare on you if you were together. You cringed at the thought.

"What were you going to tell me" he asked

"Oh, I was having fun" you lied

"Bo? That was all?" he asked looking annoyed

"That was a really good song, I came out here only for you to tell me that you were having fun?" he demanded

Yunho POV

That was a lie, please don't believe me... I would give anything to be alone with you...

"Hey don't be a loser! I just wanted to talk to you. By the way what did you want to say back there?" you ask

"Oh... it was nothing" he said

"Don't lie!" you demanded

He grabbed your shoulders and pulled you into a hug.

"(your name) I don't know how to say this, my feelings for you are too strong to be ignored but I am afraid of what you are going to say"

Your body stiffened, was that a confession?

"Yunho... I like you too"

He pulled away from the hug and looked at your eyes.

"Really?"

"De"

He looked into your eyes and his body slowly made it's way towards you, he turned his head slightly and you were about to make contact when a hand backhanded Yunho across the head.

"What jerk was that?" Yunho demanded

"Me" a tall bouncer was standing in front of us, he was huge.

"Oh, sorry sir" Yunho applogised

"You're blocking the way" he said

"Oh, sorry" you said as you realised everyone was lining up behind you both.

Aish! Stupid place for a first kiss...

Yunho grabbed your hand and towed you inside. He pulled you to a corner of the club and held your face in his warm hands.

"Let's try this again" he sighed

His face slowly made his way towards yours and his lips were gently on yours.

"Let's go dance" he whispered into your ear

"I don't know how" you answered honeslty

"I'll teach you"

He pulled you towards the dance floor as your bodies slowly melted into the music...

Chapter 3

LETTER TO MY LOVE (YOOCHUN PART 1 )

Yoochun oppa,

It’s been a while, I haven’t heard from you for 10 years now. Dong Bang Shin Ki hey? I’m glad you have found something you are happy doing. Seeing you singing and dancing on stage it makes me so happy, although you do not know that I am there I am always watching you praying that everything you do will be successful. Why didn’t you write? When you were in Vancouver did you even think about me at all? I did, I thought about how as young kids we used to play around in the park across from your house, how every time I was sad you would cheer me up and how we snuck out when we were 12 to go to the local arcade.

So much has happened since you have gone, for starters my sister has gotten married now, she has two beautiful daughters too. Yoochun oppa what have you been doing? How are the tours and albums going, I have every album you know. It has taken me so long to write this letter, I keep writing and scrunching and writing and scrunching, it’s hard to get everything out in a letter. I don’t even know if this letter will get to you in time, I’m afraid it might be to late. You see oppa, I’m getting married soon and I would be really happy if you could come to my wedding. I know it might be hard but please, I want to see you.

I will be holding the ceremony at the Clock tower in the main square of the city, at 6:00 pm on March the 3rd. Yoochun oppa if you could make it please come, if not please write back so I know you have received this.

Indeed it has been a while, I was really surprised when I received this. Everyone in the band is great, we’re like one really big family. I’m glad you are doing well. Sorry I didn’t write when you asked me to, so much happened that year after I left, it was like I lost everything from my past. I thought of you, of course I did, everyday (your name) you were the first person on my mind in the morning and you were the last person in my mind at night. I miss that too, when we were young everything was so simple, like a children’s story always with a happy ending. I hated it when you were sad, it wasn’t right, your cute smile was all I needed to see everyday to make me happy. I remember why we went to the arcade, that time you were so upset about your puppy dying that you wouldn’t stop crying no matter how hard I tried. That night we snuck out to the arcade and I won you a plush puppy from the vending machine. You stopped crying and I walked you home, I was happy even though that night your dad almost killed me.

So much has happened to me too, your sister has gotten married? Wow, I would very much like to see her again. I have been doing a lot of stuff, like you said you keep track of what I’m doing so I’m sure you know what has been happening in my life. Me too, this is my 8th attempt. This letter arrived not to late and not a moment to soon, but (your name) I’m afraid I won’t be able to attend your special day, I have a lot going on. I would like to see you too. Sorry.

How is everything? My wedding was yesterday, I was a bit dissapointed you didn't come but work is more important. Everyone was very happy my parents were both bawling their eyes out if only you were there. I remember when we were younger everytime something bad happened you would always be able to cheer them up by telling them how silly they were to be crying, you said that "Life may not always seem right but for every time we cry we will laugh 3 times more" I have lived believing in your words Yoochun oppa. Although you haven't been by my side all this time I will always live by your words.

What about you? How have you been living? I miss the old days Yoochun oppa... The days when we were young and could laugh about anything and everything. You use to tell me you loved the way we could always squeal when we jumped in puddles, the way we would scream when the waves came up the shore on the old beach and the way you use to hold my hand when we were in elementary school. Thankyou Yoochun oppa, you were the brother I wished for every night and in the end I got you.

You know Yoochun oppa, I thought I saw you yesterday at the ceremony from afar were you really there? When I turned around the second time though you were gone.

The last letter you wrote was really true, I wish I could turn back time sometimes to. Hmm... Yoochun oppa do you remember Bo Mi? We went to high school together. She told me the other day there was something you had always wanted to tell me. I was wondering if you still wanted to tell me.

Oppa, I still can't believe that I am talking to you, it is strange how you are so close yet you are so far away to. If you know what I mean. What has been happpening in the DBSK family oppa? Maybe we should meet up, like the olden days, oppa, unnie and me. We can all go out for Lunch. We could catch up on our most missed memories.

My husband is home, I have to go and prepare dinner, reply soon Yoochun oppa.

At least she is happy, she is with someone who can be with her forever and will love her alot, never as much as me but close enough to make it work. That day at her ceremony the way he looked into her eyes I could tell he cared just as much as I did. That day I had said goodbye, not to her personally, but to myself. I promised myself I would never give myself hope again. The day her first letter arrived my heart was over the moon, yet when she told me she was getting married all my happiness faded away. So now I will let the closest memories to me just slowly fade away, like the clouds in the sky, I will flow silently away further, and further from the sun that once shined so brightly in my sky.

This is probably the last letter I will ever write to you (your name). The pain I feel when I read your letters is too much. I'm sorry, I'm probably not making any sense. (Your name) The truth is, the thing I wanted to tell you was that you were more than a sister to me. To me you were my other half, someone I wanted to be with forever, it was stupid of me not to tell you this earlier, and now it's too late. I can't turn back time and now I want to, so that I could confess to you and maybe now we would be together.

I can't go out to Lunch with you because if I see you I might be afraid to even look at you. I'm sorry. I'm being childish I know, acting like a little kid, throwing tantrums and not talking to you when you made me sad by walking home with someone else or not playing with me. But like the old days I just wish that you would come find me and give me a hug and say that you're sorry. Sorry that you didn't notice me, but then again it is my fault, I left.

Chapter 6

FORGETFULL LOVE (JUNSU PART 1)

There she was smiling, amongst the little children, she was a goddess. Laughing and playing with them, concentrating hard to remeber their names... too bad she didn't remember mine...

"Jin Ae" she slowly turned to look at me, she's only gradually getting use to the fact that Jin Ae, meaning truth; treasure and love, was her name.

"Oh, Junsu oppa" she smiled, at least today she was getting my name.

"Hey kids" the children rushed up to me and I felt half a dozen little arms wrap around my legs, making it hard for me to move even an inch. I tried to pull free from their grasps, I wobbled left, right and then backwards, and then my face was on the ground.

"Oh, Junsu oppa, are you okay?" she was leaning over me, her smile radiant as she helped me sit up.

"Jin Ae, I'm fine" I smiled

Jin Ae POV

He was cute when he smiled, after the car accident the first thing I remembered was his cute smile, beaming at me... he told me that we use to be together, but because of the accident I had no choice but to tell him he had to wait... wait until my love for him returned.

She was lost in thought, thinking about something.

"Jin Ae, how are you?" she smiled

"I'm fine, and you?" she asked

She placed her hands under my elbow nad helped me stand. She turned and made her towards the bench, her hair blowing in the wind... just like before the accident.

"How is life in the hospital?" I asked as I sat next to her.

"Jin Ae, I know I ask you this too often but have you remembered anything?" I looked at her hopefully.

She shook her head silently and stared off into the distance. Just then my phone rang.

"Uh, Hyung, what's wrong?"

"Oh, I'll be back soon" I hung up.

Jin Ae looked at me and smiled, her eyes glistening in the afternoon sun.

"I'll be fine" she smiled again

"Alright Bye" I walked away slowly just wishing that she would call me back and tell me she didn't want me to leave just like she use to... but for now I know she only thinks of me as a friend... it doesn't matter, I'll wait for her to regain her memory even if it means I have to wait my whole lifetime.

I was lost in thought and I didn't realise there was a rock in front of me, it was too late when I realised, my face was kissing the ground. Aish!I got up quickly and looked around, Jin Ae was rolling around laughing with the little kids. As long as she was happy, I was happy...

Jin Ae POV

He is the cutest and clumsiest person I have ever met, already I feel that I am falling for him yet I know that I have to regain my memory in order to love him fully. I walked back to my room on the third floor of the hospital and opened the door to my room. It was clean, tidy, and had a fresh bunch of flowers in the blue vase at the far end of the room. Everyday Junsu would buy me flowers hoping that the smell would trigger something in this empty brain of mine... I sat down at the table and opened my diary. The doctor had suggested I wrote down everything that happened just so I had something to do.

Dear diary,

Today Junsu visited me again, like everyday he was bubbly and happy, if only I could remember this boy and the love we had for each other it would be so great...

Later at 9:00 pm
[Flasback]

"Jin Ae, Happy valentines Day!!" A voice was calling out to me.

"Jin Ae where do you want to go for lunch?" Two arms wrapped around me and I felt overwhelmed by happiness. He held my hand as we walked, he was so pleasant, easy to talk to and his smile was simply breathtaking...

We walked across the zebra crossing, when we reached the other side I realised something was missing.

"Oh, Junsu my bracelet is gone" I looked around, it was Junsu I was with... I recognised the name.

"Oh, wait for the traffic to die down first sweetie" he said

"I'll be careful" I quickly darted out and grabbed the bracelet.

"Got it!" I held it up like it was my prized possession, which it probably was at the time.

Beep Beep

Two horns beeped at me as I saw to bright head lights shine into my eyes and the next thing I felt was a sharp stab in my head and the last thing I heard was him calling my name...

Owwww, my head was throbbing, the pain so real, like it had just happened. The important thing was... I remembered... I remember everything... my love for the boy with the brilliant smile, the day the accident happened that left me unable to remember the love of my life... I grabbed the phone and called Junsu.

"Jin Ae" he said happy to hear my voice

"Junsu... I remember" I said slowly

"You mean it?"

"Yes"

"Stay where you are, I'm coming" he hung up and I stood there waiting to return back into his arms once again...

... My legs ran, ran like I had never run before... running to my love...

Jin Ae POV

I was remembering it all, how playful we both were mucking around always tricking each other and always having fun.

[Flashback]

I was on the school grounds, by the fountain and I was staring off into the distance when two warm hands covered my eyes from behind and pecked my cheek.

"Junsu ah?"

"Hello my kitten" he laughed

"What the heck? Kitten?" I turned and looked at him and his charming smile.

He let out a cute laugh and held me tighter. Suddenly he shoved me away, making me fall into the water fountain.

"YA!!! What the heck!!!" I yelled

All I could hear was his laugh, his cute, innocent laugh.

"Sorry, sorry" He helped me out and I pulled him in as he grabbed my hand. We both just sat there laughing our heads off as everyone who was walking past looked at us all weird. Luckily it was the end of the day.

[Flash back ended]

Junsu POV

I was running, my home wasn't to far away from the hospital, I didn't even want to take the car because it would take longer to start the car up and back out of the drive way. My legs ran, ran like I had never run before... running to my love...

[Flashback]

"Junsu ah, taste this" Jin Ae offered me a piece of her cake.

"Ahhh" I opened my mouth, the cake was about to enter my mouth when she pulled it back and shoved it in her mouth. She laughed while chewing it and swallowing.

I wiped a bit of cream off her cake and put it on her nose, she looked so cute.

[Flashback ended]

I am running, only a couple more meters to go before I reached Jin Ae, she would be waiting for me... I have to run faster....

"Jin Ae" I burst through the door, and there she was staring back at me.

I embraced her and stroked her hair and she hugged me back, her arms wrapping around my waist.

"Junsu oppa... You really came"

"Of course why wouldn't I?" I looked at her.

"I don't remember everything"

"Boh? I thought you just said you did"

She shook her head silently.

"Aish!" We were so close, so close to being together again.

Jin Ae POV

I tried hard to supress my giggles. The truth was I did remember everything, but if I hadn't would Junsu really wait for me.

"Junsu oppa... do you remember how you confessd to me?"

"Of course I do, Why?"

"Well, I was thinking if you confessed to me again maybe it would trigger something" I paused

"Of course! Why didn't I think of this before??!"

He looked my in the eyes and sighed...

"Jin Ae, I know you like Ji Sub... but I'm gonna give this a shot, no matter if you turn me down, even if you end up avoiding me" So Ji Sub was the most popular boy in school all the girls liked him. At the time of course Junsu didn't know that I really liked him. I only said I liked Ji Sub to stop everyone from asking me to the dance that year.

He placed his hands on my shoulders and stared intently into my eyes.

"I am in Love with you Jin Ae" he said

"I am in Love with you and only you, since elementary school, I have fallen for you, to me the most beautiful girl in school is you, the most beautiful person ever... is you"

Junsu POV

A small tear left Jin Ae's eye. She wrapped her arms around my neck and we just stood there...

"Would you have waited forever for me to remember you?" she asked

"Eternally" I answered

I dug into my back pocket and pulled out the culprit of Jin Ae's accident.

"Oh, Junsu ah, you have it" she reached out to grab it but I pulled it away.

"I'm throwing it away, it made you forget me, the most handsome guy in the whole entire universe" he said smugly.

"Boh? You are not!" she yelled

"Am too! You said so" I said

"No I didn't! When??? I don't remember that!"

"Of course you don't, you have brain damage" I dangled the bracelet in the air, she was a fair bit shorter than me and she kept jumping to reach it and everytime she got close I just pulled it up higher. I laughed loudly, thank god the hospital staff couldn't hear us.

She pouted and turned away and stared out the window.

"Aww Jin Ae, I'm sorry" I said wrapping my arms around her from behind. I pulled the bracelet out and dangled it right in front of her. She reached for it but I put it behind my back.

"Junsu ah!!" she whined

I leaned my face in closer to her lips, I smiled.

"You owe me one, forgetting me all this time"

"Do I get the bracelet back?" she asked

I nodded and leaned in waiting for her lips to touch my face.

"Lean in closer" I did as told and felt a sharp pain as she pulled my ear.

"Give it" she put out her hand for the bracelet, I gave up my ear was killing me.

I placed it in her hand and she leaned in and pecked me on the cheek.

"I guess I did owe you" she smiled and we stood there staring out the window as the sun came up over the horizon I knew this was the way I wanted to spend the rest of my days.

An okay ending? Hopefully you guys enjoyed this one... Junsu was always the cute and playful one to me so I tried to make him as cute as possible. >.< Hope you guys had fun reading it! Changmin's next *sigh*...
