Hello, it's Lucia again.
I have finished writing my one- shot and I'm just getting ready to submit it.
But I do have one more question....
If I don't have a URL to my one-shot, do I e-mail it to someone specific?

Since the queen of questions isn't here tonight,
I shall answer your question for you. -as best as i can-
you cannot vote as of yet because the poll hasn't been created yet, when there are more entries, and the deadline for entries is finished.
then the voting begins.
they have extended the deadline for entries as far as im concerned - until the end of the month-

Yuup Tammy is right
On October 31st or Nov 1st depending on your time zone the challenge ends
the poll to vote should be up the next day
and well have it open for about a week, then a few days later the results will be comming out along with rewards
